Another perfect day! Yes I did enjoy being in the present moment today.
Morning started off very relax. We slept in till 8:30. Sam woke us up. Kyanne was all excited that we were going to be able to eat our breakfast outside again. She loves being outdoors like me. We went to get Monique's dogs next door to create more excitement lol! Kyanne had Dozer on the leash. Poor Dozer did not understand why all the other dogs were running around free and he had to follow Kyanne.
We relaxed on the patio for a good hour after our walk on the beach with the dogs. I took out her braids while she was relaxing in the sun. I cannot explain how different this summer is from last year but it is so much more relax. I feel more in control. I was off for the whole summer last year, but it was my first summer being a mommy and I didn't really know what to do...
Maybe its the fact that I know that this is just vacation and time is going to pass quickly so might as well make every minute count and enjoy!
After lunch, we went to the beach with Chantal, Maika and Kael. Kyanne and Maika play well together. Reminds me of Margo and I when we were younger. I could sit at the beach every day.
